meet our team:
MJ- Photographer
MJ is the main photographer at Firefly Photography and will be your photographer for all of your adventures and events! MJ is a transplant to Tallahassee from South Carolina and, while MJ may be new-ish to Tallahassee, that doesn’t mean MJ is new to the business of telling stories! MJ has been capturing memories for over 14 years and has been based out of South Carolina, Southern California, and now Florida! MJ loves photography and has a passion for capturing unique images that not only capture incredible memories, but also tell unforgettable stories!
Stephanie- Adventure Design and Certified Hype Girl
Stephanie can be seen at some adventures, and if she happens to be at yours, you can be sure she is the best hype girl around! Stephanie makes sure a lot of the “behind the scenes” things get done. She handles some of the details to make sure the adventures go according to plan. MJ can sometimes get too caught up in the big picture and creative side of the adventure, so Stephanie makes sure those “pesky little details” are covered. From behind the scenes supplies to coordinating to being the on scene hype girl, Stephanie does a little of everything!
Allison- Business Manager
Allison works full-time outside of here, but still finds the time to make some magic happen. She met MJ through work and created a life-long friendship over their love for queso (weird, right?). She was born and raised in Tallahassee. As a life long Tallahassee lassie, she was delighted to help MJ manage a business in the town she loves so much. While Allison can be seen at some shoots, she manages all the things that take time away from MJ photographing and editing. Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, organizing, and hiking.
